to install a app example game app

1. download the app eg. Brothers.in.Arms.2.Global.Front.v1.0.9.ipa
   for the ipod touch or iphone (.ipa - ipod application) on the computer

2. SSH into the iphone or ipod touch by using iphonebrowser for example

3. go to var/mobile/library/downloads and drag the .ipa file into that 
   downloads folder.

4. after it has finnished copying go to installous on ur device

5. click on downloads and click the file and click install 

6. thats it.
